1. THE PLATFORM

SLOTS ("the Platform") is an experimental token launchpad built on the Solana blockchain. By using this platform you acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. The Platform facilitates token deployment through Meteora DAMM v2 decentralized liquidity pools paired with USDC.

2. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All tokens launched through SLOTS are independent assets created by third-party deployers. The Platform does not endorse, guarantee, or make any representations about the value, utility, or legitimacy of any token deployed through the Platform.

3. IDENTITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

When you deploy a token, your wallet address and any X/Twitter handle you provide are permanently embedded in the token's on-chain metadata. This information is public, immutable, and cannot be removed or modified after deployment. You consent to this permanent association.

4. PRESALES

Presale contributors may withdraw their SOL at any time before the presale cap is reached. Once the cap is reached, funds are locked and the token is automatically deployed. Tokens and creator fees are distributed proportionally to contributors. No guarantees are made about token value post-launch.

5. FEES & POOLS

All tokens are launched with USDC-paired liquidity pools. Creator fees are distributed to the deployer's wallet from every trade in perpetuity. A migration threshold of $35,000 USDC applies for pool graduation. The Platform may collect deployment fees to sustain operations.

6. WALLET SECURITY

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and funds. The Platform generates a server-side deployer wallet for convenience — you may export this key at any time. The Platform is not liable for any loss of funds due to user error, hacking, or any other cause.

7. NO WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, functionality, or that the Platform will be free of errors. Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Use at your own risk.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Platform for: deploying tokens that infringe intellectual property rights, deploying tokens designed to defraud or mislead others, manipulating markets or engaging in wash trading, any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

9. JURISDICTION

The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited. You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Platform in your jurisdiction and are of legal age.

10. CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
